Developing a Leadership Plan

Well, we’ve come the the close of the leadership development program. Before we start celebrating, let’s pause for a bit to consider what we’ve learned and how we might be able to apply it to our leadership roles at work, in our volunteer life, and at home. In this section, you’ll have a chance to reflect on your leadership challenges and develop a plan to apply what you’ve learned.
