In this module we look at a model for active listening, mirroring and matching, and other communication tools.
By better understanding ourselves and other’s personalities, we can adapt our communication style to reduce misunderstanding and conflict, and increase our chances of getting our message across. We are not using personality assessments like MBTI or DiSC in this course, but we can use some of the concepts to be aware of our preferences and how they differ from other people’s preferences.
