What do you think of when you hear the phrase, “ethical leadership”?
Is ethical leadership just “doing the right thing”? Or, does your mind go to the legal definition of ethics, and your local code of ethics? Or maybe you think of leading ethical initiatives, along the lines of pro bono legal work? Before we wrap up this course, I’d like you to think about all of these definitions of ethical leadership, and what you will commit to as an ethical leader.
